United Way of Northern New Jersey can support you in your effort learn more about the ALICE population, and to educate company personnel and leadership. Host A Forum
United Way of Northern New Jersey has hosted numerous sessions where company personnel and leadership come together to better understand the issues affecting their lower income staff. In a guided conversation, participants explore their perceptions about this vulnerable population and brainstorm policies that would help reduce their challenges.
